A series of agreements were signed during the official visit of the Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Li Qiang to the Kyrgyz Republic. 

The signing ceremony for the agreements took place after extended negotiations between the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Akylbek Zhaparov and the Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Li Qiang.

In particular, the following documents were signed:

1. Cross-border cooperation program between the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the People's Republic of China for 2023-2027.
2. Memorandum of Understanding on deepening investment cooperation in the field of the digital economy between the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China.
3. Negotiation protocol for the implementation of the "Development of the Bishkek Road Network" project (Phase 3) between the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Agency for International Cooperation and Development of the People's Republic of China.
4. Agreement to establish partnership relations between the cities of Bishkek and Chengdu.
5. Memorandum of Understanding between the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and China Construction Bank Corporation.
6. Agreement between the State Enterprise "Kyrgyzkomur" under the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic and the company "Hebei Jinsheng Mining Engineering Co., Ltd" for the joint development of the coal deposit "Tegene."
7. Agreement of joint activity between the State Enterprise "Kyrgyzkomur" under the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic and LLC "Tomiris-Ken" for the joint development of the coal deposit "Sulukta field-11."
8. Agreement on joint activities between the State Enterprise "Kyrgyzkomur" under the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Chinese company "Kashi Shunbaofu Trade and Export Trade Corporation" for the joint development of the coal deposit "Torugart 1."
9. Agreement on joint activities for the joint construction of a coal logistics center with a conveyor belt on a land plot near the Kyrgyz-Chinese automobile border at "Erkeshtam," located in the Alai district of the Osh region.
10. Agreement between the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic and the company "Goldwind Science and Technology Co., Ltd" for the construction of wind power plants with a capacity of up to 3 GW in the Kyrgyz Republic.
11. Agreement between the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic and Molin Energy Company Limited for the construction of solar power plants in the Kyrgyz Republic.
12. Memorandum of Cooperation between the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and Delong Steel Group Co., LTD.
