Необходимо начать работу по объединению мелких и небольших крестьянских хозяйств и таким образом в короткие сроки создать сельскохозяйственные кооперативы. Об этом первый вице-премьер-министр Кыргызской Республики Мухамметкалый Абулгазиев сказал сегодня, 16 сентября, во время заседания Межведомственной рабочей группы.

«65 % населения страны проживает на селе. Практически у каждого сельчанина имеется земельный участок или надел. Поэтому крестьянам необходимо предложить наиболее эффективный механизм использования своей земли. Пока мы не поднимем сельское хозяйство, не будет полноценно развиваться вся экономика республики. Недавно Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков подписал распоряжение, согласно которому поручено  разработать Концепцию развития кооперативного движения в республике. В целях реализации данного поручения необходимо представить конкретные предложения по развитию кооперативного движения в каждой области, в краткие сроки разработать и принять Концепцию», – отметил первый вице-премьер-министр Мухамметкалый Абулгазиев.

Основной целью Концепции является развитие кооперативного движения, повышение эффективности сельскохозяйственного производства и конкурентоспособности продукции агропромышленного комплекса, обеспечение продовольственной безопасности страны.

В состав Рабочей группы вошли представители профильных министерств и ведомств, руководители крестьянских хозяйств из регионов страны. Следующее заседание Рабочей группы пройдет 30 сентября 2016 года.
