Правительством Кыргызской Республики  определены лучшие айыл окмоту республики по итогам конкурса "Самый лучший айыл окмоту".

Конкурс был проведен Правительством Кыргызской Республики  с целью стимулирования работы органов местного самоуправления.

Награждение победителей прошло сегодня, 10 ноября, на научно-практической конференции «Становление местного самоуправления в Кыргызстане и перспективы развития» по случаю 25-летия формирования местного самоуправления в стране.

Награды и призы победителям от имени Правительства Кыргызской Республики вручил исполняющий обязанности Первого вице-премьер-министра Кыргызской Республики Мухамметкалый Абулгазиев.

Награды лучшим айыл окмоту были вручены в соответствии с распоряжением исполняющего обязанности Премьер-министра Кыргызской Республики Сооронбая Жээнбекова.

Первое место с призовым фондом 3 млн. сомов присвоено Бургондунскому айыл окмоту Ноокенского района Джалал-Абадской области.

Два призовых места с призовым фондом в 2 млн. сомов присуждены Барскоонскому айыл окмоту Джеты-Огузского района Иссык-Кульской области и Кара-Сууйскому айыл окмоту Араванского района Ошской области.

Третье место с призовым фондом в 1 млн. сомов было присуждено Тепе-Коргонскому айыл окмоту  Араванского района Ошской области.

Кроме того, в соответствии с распоряжением исполняющего обязанности Премьер-министра Сооронбая Жээнбекова за добросовестный труд и значительный вклад в развитие местного самоуправления отличившиеся главы айыл окмоту были награждены Почетной грамотой Правительства.

 В рамках участия в научно-практической конференции «Становление местного самоуправления в Кыргызстане и перспективы развития"  Мухамметкалый Абулгазиев отметил, что в рамках проводимых реформ в стране реализация мер по улучшению системы местного самоуправления, создание условий для повышения статуса муниципалитетов в рамках закона являются приоритетным направлением в работе Правительства.

В  научно-практической конференции кроме представителей государственных учреждений также приняли участие представители международных и неправительственных организаций,  специалисты из Эстонии, Латвии, прибывшие в  республику с целью обмена опытом.
