«По состоянию на октябрь 2016 года наблюдается положительная тенденция экономического роста. Данный показатель имел исключительно отрицательную динамику до начала августа 2016 года. Для достижения этого результата и сохранения макроэкономической стабильности Правительством страны ведется активная работа по целевому обеспечению всех секторов экономики, качественной реализации пакета антикризисных мер и стимулированию активизации производительности», - сказал Премьер-министр Кыргызской Республики Сооронбай Жээнбеков сегодня, 24 октября, выступая на расширенном заседании Комитета по бюджету и финансам Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики. Премьер-министр принимает участие в заседании комитета по вопросу об исполнении республиканского бюджета Кыргызской Республики за 9 месяцев 2016 года, а также по рассмотрению проектов законов «О внесении изменений в Закон Кыргызской Республики «О республиканском бюджете Кыргызской Республики на 2016 год и прогнозе на 2017-2018 годы» и «О республиканском бюджете Кыргызской Республики на 2017 год и прогнозе на 2018-2019 годы».

Глава Правительства особо подчеркнул, что в соответствии с Программой Правительства Кыргызской Республики «Доверие и Единство», утвержденной Жогорку Кенешем, одной из ключевых задач в период снижения темпов экономического роста в мире и на пространстве ЕАЭС является стабилизация социально-экономической обстановки и стимулирование экономического роста.

По сообщению Премьер-министра по итогам 9 месяцев 2016 года объем ВВП составил 310,1 млрд. сомов и реальный темп роста 102 %, а без учета «Кумтора 103,1 %.

Так, исполнение республиканского бюджета по итогам 9 месяцев 2016 года выглядит следующим образом:

- общий объем доходов республиканского бюджета составил 80,2 млрд.сом или 100,4%.

- общий объем налоговых доходов составил 57,7 млрд.сомов или 96,5% от плана.

- неналоговые поступления составили 16,9 млрд. сомов или 105,2% от плана.

Расходная часть республиканского бюджета исполнена в сумме 94 млрд. сомов, или на 92,3%.

         По защищенным статьям расходов из республиканского бюджета за 9 месяцев 2016 года профинансировано 60, 4 млрд. сомов, или 97,4%.
