Исполняющий обязанности Премьер-министра Кыргызской Республики Сооронбай Жээнбеков сегодня, 3 ноября, встретился с Главой исполнительной власти Исламской Республики Афганистан Абдулла Абдуллой в рамках саммита СГП ШОС.

На встрече обсуждены состояние и перспективы кыргызско-афганского сотрудничества.

Сооронбай Жээнбеков отметил, что Кыргызстан поддерживает усилия Правительства Афганистана, нацеленные на укрепление мира, стабильности и безопасности в Афганистане и в центрально-азиатском регионе в целом.

        «Очень рад, что делегация Афганистана сегодня приняла участие в 15-м заседании Совета глав правительств государств-членов ШОС. Между нашими странами установилось конструктивное сотрудничество в рамках международных и региональных организаций, имеем схожие позиции, взаимную поддержку по основным международным вопросам», - сказал Сооронбай Жээнбеков.

Исполняющий обязанности Премьер-министра подчеркнул, что афганское правительство при содействии мирового сообщества, проявляет большое мужество и твердость в борьбе с международным терроризмом, религиозным экстремизмом и производством наркотиков. Он добавил, что Кыргызстан готов укреплять сотрудничество с Афганистаном в области обеспечения безопасности в регионе, борьбы с незаконным оборотом оружия и наркотиков, проявлениями терроризма и экстремизма.

         Глава исполнительной власти Афганистана Абдулла Абдулла подчеркнул, что подобные угрозы требуют проведения совместных комплексных мер по их устранению.

Он поздравил Сооронбая Жээнбекова с успешным проведением юбилейного 15-го заседания СГП ШОС и отметил, что Афганистан заинтересован быть полноправным членом ШОС.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Подобные саммиты являются хорошими площадками для обсуждения актуальных вопросов между странами региона, подчеркнул Абдулла Абдулла.

Касаясь двустороннего сотрудничества, Глава исполнительной власти Афганистана Абдулла Абдулла высказал мнение о возможности создания кыргызско-афганской межправительственной комиссии по торгово-экономическому сотрудничеству для углубления двусторонних отношений.

И.о. премьер-министра Сооронбай Жээнбеков согласился с афганским коллегой и подчеркнул, что страны имеют возможность реализовать многопрофильные проекты в сельском хозяйстве, торгово-экономической, культурно-гуманитарной сферах.

«В водно-энергетическом секторе уникальным совместным проектом является CASA-1000, который позволит укрепить двустороннее сотрудничество между Кыргызстаном и Афганистаном в сфере энергетики», - отметил Сооронбай Жээнбеков.
