Гарантийный фонд должен начать свою работу в ближайшее время. Такое поручение дал Премьер-министр Кыргызской Республики Сооронбай Жээнбеков в ходе заседания Правительства Кыргызской Республики, на котором обсуждался проект Закона Кыргызской Республики «О республиканском бюджете Кыргызской Республики на 2017 год и прогнозе на 2018-2019 годы».

«Особое ожидание предприниматели связывают с деятельностью создаваемого Гарантийного фонда, который должен решить проблемы с залогом у субъектов малого и среднего бизнеса. На его капитализацию уже предусмотрено 72 млн. сомов. Азиатский банк развития также намерен выделить Гарантийному фонду грант в размере 3 млн. долларов США», – сообщил он.

Учитывая важность проекта, Глава Правительства поручил обеспечить своевременное и полное выделение средств, необходимых для полноценной работы фонда в 2017 году.

«Министерству экономики надлежит приложить все усилия для того, что бы Гарантийный фонд заработал как можно быстрее. Этого от нас ждут многие руководители фермерских хозяйств, имеющих хорошие проекты, но не обладающие достаточным залогом для получения кредита по существующим правилам», — сказал Сооронбай Жээнбеков.
