«В настоящее время ипотечные кредиты получили более 500 человек на 642 млн сомов. Есть люди, кого устраивают условия Программы Правительства «Доступное жилье 2015-2020». Поэтому, мы считаем, что реализация Программы должна быть продолжена», - заявил Премьер-министр Кыргызской Республики Сооронбай Жээнбеков сегодня, 30 ноября, на заседании Жогорку Кенеша, отвечая на вопросы депутатов в ходе обсуждения законопроектов по республиканскому бюджету во втором чтении.

Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков отметил, что Программа Правительства «Доступное жилье 2015-2020» на сегодня является наиболее выгодной, ранее подобной Программы в стране не было. «Все проблемы невозможно решить в один день, мы снизили процентную ставку по кредитам с 12% до 10% годовых», - напомнил Премьер-министр.

Сооронбай Жээнбеков подчеркнул, что перед ОАО «Государственная ипотечная компания» ставится задача по облегчению условий и механизмов получения ипотечного кредита. В последующем Программа Правительства «Доступное жилье 2015-2020» будет только совершенствоваться.
