«Проблемы со строительством  автодороги «Балыкчы - Корумду» возникли лишь из-за неправильного планирования бюджетных средств», - заявил Премьер-министр Кыргызской Республики Сооронбай Жээнбеков на расширенном заседании Комитета по бюджету и финансам Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, отвечая на вопросы депутатов.

Глава Правительства напомнил, что сметная стоимость проекта составляла 6 млрд. 800 млн. сомов. Строительство автодороги было начато без источников финансирования, финансирование данного проекта планировалась за счет продажи акций ЗАО «Альфа Телеком».

«К сожалению, как ранее планировали, покупателей акции ЗАО «Альфа Телеком» не нашлось, в итоге работа была приостановлены на два месяца. Свою работу в качестве Премьер-министра я начал именно с инспектирования данного проекта. На тот момент у китайской компании не было достаточного количества техники, не был установлен асфальтобетонный завод. Для ускорения работы мы взыскали средства, к этому моменту также начался туристический сезон и приближалось начало Вторых всемирных игр кочевников. Учитывая все это, нам надо было завершить определенные участки автодороги «Балыкчы – Корумду». Мы поставили жесткие требования к исполнителям завершить работу в установленные сроки. Проблемы со строительством  автодороги «Балыкчы - Корумду» возникли лишь из-за неправильного планирования бюджетных средств», - напомнил Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков.

Вместе с тем Глава Правительства подчеркнул, что строительство всех запланированных 80 школ будет завершено до конца текущего года.
