Программа Правительства Кыргызской Республики «Доступное жилье 2015-2020» в скором времени даст свои положительные результаты, - заявил Премьер-министр Кыргызской Республики Сооронбай Жээнбеков сегодня, 28 ноября, на заседании Правительства Кыргызской Республики.

Глава Правительства напомнил, что основной целью Программы является создание условий для приобретения собственного жилья гражданами страны, через такие механизмы, как доступное ипотечное кредитование и строительство жилья эконом-класса.

Сооронбай Жээнбеков отметил, что Программа по обеспечению населения доступным жильем в стране разработана впервые за годы независимости, и не исключено, что есть вопросы, которые вызывают недовольство со стороны общества. Однако надо учитывать, что для более успешной ее реализации необходимо время. Правительство со своей стороны оказывает всестороннюю поддержку ОАО «Государственной ипотечной компании» и убеждено в том, что у «ГИК» хорошее будущее.

«Все проблемы невозможно решить в один день, самое главное – сегодня кредиты выдаются под 10% годовых и есть определенная категория населения, которую устраивают условия компании. В настоящее время ипотечные кредиты получили более 500 заемщиков», - отметил Премьер-министр.

Он обратил внимание на обоснованность размеров заработной платы, получаемой руководством ОАО «ГИК», отметив, что слишком большая зарплата руководства компании испортила имидж хорошо начатой работы по Программе «Доступное жилье».

«Надо снизить зарплату и проинформировать об этом общественность. В будущем, когда компания выступит с хорошими показателями, тогда уже можно рассматривать вопрос о повышении заработной платы», - отметил Сооронбай Жээнбеков.

Глава Правительства подчеркнул, что необходимо увеличить количество получателей государственного ипотечного кредитования до 3 тысяч человек в 2017 году. Для достижения этой цели необходимо найти дополнительные источники финансирования. Как отметил Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков, перед ОАО «ГИК» ставится задача по облегчению условий и механизмов получения ипотечного кредита, а также рассмотрение возможности снижения процентной ставки.
