Премьер-министр Кыргызской Республики Сооронбай Жээнбеков сегодня, 2 мая, встретился с Генеральным секретарем Организации исламского сотрудничества (ОИС) Ияд бин Амин Мадани.

Генеральный секретарь ОИС Ияд бин Амин Мадани подчеркнул, что главной целью его визита является обсуждение приоритетных направлений дальнейшего сотрудничества.

«Мы уделяем особое внимание членству Кыргызстана в ОИС. У Кыргызстана, страны с  богатой историей, имеющей опыт в продвижении демократии, есть большие возможности для дальнейшего развития. Мы готовы оказывать содействие в реализации намеченных целей», - подчеркнул Генеральный секретарь ОИС.

Ияд бин Амин Мадани пригласил кыргызскую сторону принять активное участие в инвестиционном форуме ОИС, где будет предоставлена возможность для презентации инвестиционных проектов.

Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков подчеркнул, что ОИС вносит большой вклад в развитие экономики, науки и культуры стран-участниц организации.

Глава Правительства выразил благодарность за приглашение принять участие в работе предстоящего Инвестиционного форума.  Он подчеркнул, что кыргызская сторона намерена эффективно использовать данную площадку для привлечения инвестиций, налаживания  новых деловых связей со странами-участницами организации.

Во встрече приняли участие руководители структурных подразделений секретариата ОИС и представительства Исламского Банка развития.
