Премьер-министр Кыргызской Республики Сооронбай Жээнбеков сегодня, 25 ноября, провел совещание по вопросу деятельности ОАО «Государственная ипотечная компания».

Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков в ходе совещания отметил важность успешной реализации Программы «Доступное жилье 2015-2020».

«Цель данной Программы является создание условий для приобретения собственного жилья гражданами страны, через такие механизмы, как доступное ипотечное кредитование и строительство жилья эконом-класса. Учитывая большое социальное значение вопроса обеспечения собственным жильем, необходимо придать работе ОАО «Государственная ипотечная компания» большую динамику путем увеличения объемов выдаваемых кредитов и реализации проектов по строительству собственного жилья во всех регионах страны. При этом строительство многоквартирных жилых домов эконом-класса должно осуществляться не только в областных центрах, но и в городе Бишкек, где спрос на жилье значительный», - сказал Глава правительства Сооронбай Жээнбеков.

В свою очередь Председатель правления ОАО «Государственная ипотечная компания» Бактыбек Шамкеев отметил, что на сегодняшний день итотечные кредиты получили свыше 500 заемщиков на общую сумму 615 млн сомов.

«В сформированных списках граждан, желающих принять участие в Программе «Доступной жилье 2015-2020», числится более 6 тысяч человек. Учитывая это, мы планируем ускорить процесс выдачи ипотечных ссуд, доведя до конца года сумму выданных кредитов до 800-900 млн сомов. Одновременно с этим компания работает над созданием собственного жилищного фонда за счет строительства жилья эконом-класс. Уже определено 7 пилотных регионов, где будут построены 60-квартирные жилые дома. Вместе с этим ведется работа по подготовке к выпуску собственных ценных бумаг и созданию ссудо-сберегательных касс. Практическая реализация указанных проектов намечена на 2017 год», - констатировал глава ОАО «Государственная ипотечная компания» Бактыбек Шамкеев.

В ходе встречи Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков обратил внимание на обоснованность размеров заработной платы, получаемой руководством ОАО «Государственная ипотечная компания».

Кроме этого, были затронуты вопросы развития проектов строительства многоквартирных жилых домов в рамках государственно-частного партнерства и взаимодействия с коммерческими банками и микрокредитными организациями в вопросе открытия кредитной линии для финансирования ремонтных работ в квартирах и домах с использованием энергосберегающих технологий.

На совещании приняли участие вице-премьер-министр КР Чолпон Султанбекова, министр финансов КР Адылбек Касымалиев, директор Государственного агентства архитектуры, строительства и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства при Правительстве КР Турдубек Мамбетов.
