Премьер-министр Кыргызской Республики Сооронбай Жээнбеков с участием Вице-премьер-министра Олега Панкратова, руководителей отраслевых министерств и ведомств республики, Национального энергетического холдинга, а также ГП «НК Темиржолу» и ГП «Кыргызкомур» провел совещание по вопросу обеспечения местным углем ТЭЦ г. Бишкек по завершению ее модернизации.

На совещании, в частности, обсуждены вопросы модернизации ТЭЦ г. Бишкек, состояние угледобычи на угольных месторождениях, транспортировки угля на ТЭЦ.

Сооронбай Жээнбеков подчеркнул, что модернизация ТЭЦ г. Бишкек является стратегической задачей Правительства Кыргызской Республики.

«Данный проект предусмотрен Национальной стратегией устойчивого развития КР до 2017 года. Ее реализация сыграет большую роль в обеспечении энергетической безопасности и независимости страны. В этой связи, все строительные работы по модернизации столичной ТЭЦ должны проходить качественно и в строго установленные сроки»,- подчеркнул Глава Правительства.

В рамках модернизации предусмотрен вопрос обеспечения ТЭЦ г. Бишкек местным углем. Эта мера, как подчеркнул Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков, направлена на поддержку отечественных производителей угля.

«На осенне-зимний период 2016-2017 года на ТЭЦ г. Бишкек будет использовано 450 тысяч тонн местного угля. На 2017-2018 годы данный показатель составит до 1,2 миллиона тонн. Местные производители к этому времени должны быть готовы поставить соответствующее количество угля на ТЭЦ г. Бишкек. Мы ставим цель в полной мере использовать потенциал местных угольных месторождений», - резюмировал Сооронбай Жээнбеков.

Глава Правительства поручил соответствующим государственным органам провести комплексные мероприятия по обеспечению ТЭЦ г. Бишкек местным углем. Министерству транспорта и дорог поручено проработать все вопросы, связанные с транспортировкой угля. Координацией деятельности всех государственных органов, задействованных в вопросе обеспечения отечественным углем ТЭЦ г.Бишкек, займется вновь созданный Государственный комитет промышленности, энергетики и недропользования.
