Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбеков Вице-премьер-министр Олег Панкратовдун, республиканын тармактык министрлик жана ведомстволордун, Улуттук энергетикалык холдингдин, ошондой эле «Темиржолу» жана «Кыргызкөмүр» мамлекеттик ишканаларынын жетекчилеринин катышуусунда Бишкек шаардык ЖЭБ модернизацияланган соң, аны жергиликтүү көмүр менен камсыздоо маселеси боюнча кеңешме өткөрдү. Жыйында Бишкек шаарынын ЖЭБин модернизациялоо, көмүр кендериндеги өндүрүштүн абалы жана ЖЭБге көмүр ташуу маселелери талкууланды. Сооронбай Жээнбеков белгилегендей, Бишкек шаарынын ЖЭБин модернизациялоо Кыргыз Республикасынын Өкмөтүнүн стратегиялык милдети болуп саналат. «Аталган долбоор 2017-жылга чейинки КР Улуттук туруктуу өнүктүрүү стратегиясында каралган. Анын ишке ашырылышы өлкөнүн энергетикалык коопсуздугун жана көзкарандысыздыгын камсыздоодо чоң роль ойнойт. Буга байланыштуу борбордук ЖЭБди модернизациялоо иши сапаттуу жүргүзүлүп, белгиленген мөөнөттө жыйынтыкталышы керек», - деп белгиледи Өкмөт башчы. Модернизациялоо алкагында Бишкек ЖЭБин жергиликтүү көмүр менен камсыздоо маселеси каралган. Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбековдун айтымында, бул чара атамекендик көмүр өндүүрүүчүлөрдү колдоого багытталган. «2016-2017-жылкы күз-кыш мезгилинде Бишкек ЖЭБде 450 миң тонна жергиликтүү көмүр пайдаланылат. Ал эми 2017-2018-жылдары аталган көрсөткүч 1,2 миллиона тоннага жеткирилет. Көрсөтүлгөн убакытка дейре жергиликтүү өндүрүүчүлөр Бишкек шаардык ЖЭБге көмүрдүн тийиштүү көлөмүн берүүгө даяр болуусу тийиш. Биз жергиликтүү көмүр кендеринин мүмкүндүгүн толук пайдаланууну көздөп жатабыз», - деди Сооронбай Жээнбеков. Өкмөт башчы тийиштүү мамлекеттик органдарга Бишкек шаардык ЖЭБди жергиликтүү көмүр менен камсыздоо боюнча комплекстүү иш-чараларды өткөрүүнү тапшырды. Транспорт жана жолдор министрлигине көмүрдү ташууга байланыштуу бардык маселлерди иштеп чыгуу тапшырылды. Бишкек ЖЭБди атамекендик көмүр менен камсыздоо маселесине тийиштүү мамлекеттик органдардын ишин көзөмөлдөөнү жаңыдан түзүлгөн Өнөр-жай, энергетика жана жер казнасын пайдалануу мамлекеттик комитети колго алмакчы.
