Проект Программы индустриализации Кыргызской Республики, предусматривающей развитие приоритетных отраслей промышленности в условиях вступления в ЕАЭС необходимо внести в Правительство Кыргызстана до 1 декабря 2016 год. Такое поручение Премьер-министр Кыргызской Республики Сооронбай Жээнбеков дал министру экономики Арзыбеку Кожошеву, сегодня, 25 мая, на заседании Правительства Кыргызской Республики.

 Поручение дано во время обсуждения ход исполнения  постановления Правительства республики  «О Программе развития обрабатывающей промышленности Кыргызской Республики на 2013-2015 годы» от 14 марта 2013 года.

«Программа была направлена на рост производства и экспорта промышленной продукции, обеспечение конкурентоспособности отечественной промышленной продукции на рынках ЕАЭС и увеличение удельного веса промышленной продукции в ВВП. К настоящему времени из 33 мероприятий, включенных в Программу, выполнено 22 мероприятия, остальные не выполнены или выполнены частично. Вместе с этим результаты достижения целевых показателей Программы за 2013–2015 годы свидетельствуют о том, что только в 2013 году были достигнуты отдельные из поставленных целей. В 2014 и 2015 годах заявленные цели не были достигнуты», – сообщил министр экономики Арзыбек Кожошев.

 По итогам обсуждения вопроса Министерству экономики поручено в срок до 1  декабря 2016 года разработать проект Программы индустриализации Кыргызской Республики и внести на рассмотрение Правительства Кыргызской Республики.
