Following the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States, held on October 26, 2023, in Bishkek (Kyrgyz Republic), the following documents were signed:

1. On holding a regular meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
2. On the Interstate program of cooperation of the CIS member states in the field of geodesy, cartography, spatial data, geoinformation technologies, remote sensing of the Earth, cadastral registration, and registration of rights to immovable property for the period up to 2026.
3. On the Concept of Digital Transformation of the fuel and energy complex industries of the CIS member states and the Plan of priority measures for its implementation.
4. On the Interstate target program "Recultivation of territories of States exposed to uranium mining industries."
5. On a set of measures for the implementation of the Agreement on Cooperation of the CIS member states in the Mining and Metallurgical Industry dated October 28, 2016.
6. On the Regulation on technological platforms within the framework of the Interstate Program of Innovative Cooperation of the CIS member states for the period up to 2030.
7. On the Action Plan for the preparation and celebration in 2025 in the Commonwealth of Independent States of the 80th-anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
8. On the Action Plan for holding the Year of the Volunteer Movement in the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2024.
9. About the CIS Championship (Championship, Cup) 
10.  About financial support for the activities of the bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States:
    1. 10.1  On financing in 2024 measures to continue in 2020-2024 the search for servicemen missing during the war in Afghanistan in 1979-1989, the search for burial sites, exhumation, identification of remains, and their reburial at home.

10.2 On the financing in 2024 of measures to implement the Interstate Program to improve the quality of life of war veterans – participants in local conflicts and their family members in the CIS member states for 2021-2025.

10.3 On the use of allocations for the creation and development of a unified air defense system of the member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States and ensuring the activities of the Coordinating Committee on Air Defense under the Council of Defense Ministers of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2022.

10.4 On the allocation of funds for the creation and development of a unified air defense system of the member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States in 2024.

10.5 On amendments to the Decision of the Council of Heads of Government of the CIS dated May 25, 2007, on financial support for the activities of the bodies of the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the maximum number of its Executive Directorate.

10.6 On the implementation of the unified budget of the bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States for 2022 and some issues of financial support for the activities of the CIS bodies in 2023 and 2024.

10.7 On changing the amount of the share contributions of the member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States to the unified budget of the CIS bodies.

10.8 On the unified budget of the bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States for 2024.

11. On amendments to the legal acts of the Commonwealth of Independent States concerning the Financial Aspects of the Activities of the CIS bodies:

11.1 On amendments to the Regulation on the Unified Budget of the Bodies of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

11. 2 On the procedure for the repayment of the debts of the CIS member States to the unified budget of the CIS bodies.

12. About the single jubilee medal for the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
