At the meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council held on October 26, 2023, in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, the following documents were considered:

1.         On the key tasks and main directions for the further development of integration processes within the Eurasian Economic Union for the period until 2030 and 2045.

2.         On the issues regarding the progress of work on the Report on the Functioning of the Eurasian Economic Union.

3.        On the approval of the Regulations for the selection of joint cooperative projects in the industrial sector and the provision of financial assistance for their implementation by the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union.

4.        On the elaboration of the creation of a Eurasian rating agency.

5.        On the current state and prospects for the development of the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union.

6.        On the progress of implementing the task of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council of June 8, 2023, No. 5 (veto mechanism).

7.        On the Chairman and the personal composition of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

8.        On the mechanism and principles of rotation of positions of members of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

9.        On the performance of intra-state procedures by the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union necessary for the entry into force and signing of international agreements, as well as procedures for the intra-state coordination of projects of international agreements concluded within the Eurasian Economic Union.

10.      On the role of nuclear energy and non-energy nuclear technologies in achieving sustainable development goals in the Eurasian Economic Union.

11.       On the revision of the norms for the distribution of customs duties between the budgets of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union.

12.       On the progress of fulfilling the order of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council of June 21, 2022, No. 11.

13.      On the procedure for the application of navigation seals.

14.      On amending certain decisions of the Customs Union Commission regarding certain types of bovine meat.

15.      On amending certain decisions of the Customs Union Commission and the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission regarding certain types of motor vehicles with electric motors.

16.      16. On the extension of the validity period of the certificate of origin of serial products. 

17.       On the submission of a report on monitoring the practice of customs declaration of goods for which risk profiles are formed in accordance with paragraph 4 of the decision of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council of October 16, 2015, No. 22.

18.      On the approval of the Rules for mutual trade in electric power on the common electric power market of the Eurasian Economic Union.

19.      On Approval of the Rules for Determining and Distributing the Capacity of Interstate Cross-sections in the Common Electric Power Market of the Eurasian Economic Union.

20.      On the report on the progress of forming common markets for oil and petroleum products in the Eurasian Economic Union in 2022.

21.       On the report on the progress of forming a common gas market of the Eurasian Economic Union in 2022.

22.       On signing the draft Agreement on the harmonized system for determining the origin of goods exported from the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.

23.      On amending the list of institutions (organizations) of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union that provide analytical support for breeding and breeding work in the field of animal husbandry conducted in the member states.

24.      On the draft decision of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council "On amending the Regulation on the budget of the Eurasian Economic Union."

25.      On the approval of the program of events for the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union in 2024.
