The Information and Communications Department of the Border Guard Service of the SCNS of the Kyrgyz Republic reports that as of 11:15 a.m. on September 17, 2022, Dostuk village of Batken District was under mortar fire from the Tajik side.

The Tajik side fired three mortars at the village.

Units of the SCNS Border Guard Service of the Kyrgyz Republic stationed in the Batken region repulsed the enemy attack.
