Климаттык өзгөрүү маселеси аймактык эмес, дүйнөдөгү бардык өлкөлөр үчүн глобалдуу экологиялык милдет болуп саналат. Бул тууралуу бүгүн, 28-сентябрда, Кыргыз Республикасынын Биринчи вице-премьер-министри Мухамметкалый Абулгазиев “Парижден Бишкеке чейин: Кыргызстандын туруктуу климаттык өнүгүү жолунда” аттуу жыйында билдирди.

Климаттык шарттары боюнча Кыргыз Республикасы тобокелдүү дыйканчылык зонасына кирет. Суу ресурстарынын азайышы., температуранын өзгөрүшү климаттын өзгөрүшүнө байланыштуу мелиоративдик абалга түздөн-түз таасир этет. Колдонулуучу жерлердин сапаты жана айыл чарба өсүмдүктөрүнүн түшүмдүүлүгү, тиешелүү түрдө өлкөнүн азык түлүк коопсуздугун камсыздайт.

«Өкмөт тарабынан бул багытта бир катар иш чаралар жүргүзүлүүдө. Кыргыз Республикасынын Улуттук өнүгүү стратегиясын камсыз кылуу программасынын алкагында, республика боюнча 3883 гектар кайрак жер айдоо талааларына айланды. 2574 гектар айдоо аянты сугат суу менен камсыз болду. Бирок сууну колдонууда заманбап программаларды өздөштүрүү маселеси, өзгөчө актуалдуу бойдон калууда», - деди Мухамметкалый Абулгазиев.

Жыйынга Финляндиянын ТИМ өнүгүү саясаты боюнча кеңешчиси Юхани Тойвонен, Кыргызстандагы БУУӨП туруктуу өкүлү Александр Аванесов жана бир катар эл аралык уюмдардын өкүлдөрү катышты.
