Кыргыз Республикасынын Биринчи вице-премьер-министри Мухамметкалый Абулгазиев бүгүн, 10-июнда, Бишкек шаарынын чет жакасында жайгашкан жаңы конуштардын маселеси боюнча кеңешме өткөрдү.

Кеңешмеде Чүй облусунун айрым жаңы конуштарын Бишкек шаарынын ээлигине өткөрүү тууралуу маселе талкууланды.

Бишкек шаарынын вице-мэри Бакытбек Дюшембиев маалымдагандай, бүгүнкү күндө борбордун пайдалануусуна өткөрүлгөн көптөгөн жер тилкелери Чүй облусунун административдик ээлигинде турат.

«Буга байланыштуу Бишкек шаарынын жаңы административдик чегин бекитүү тууралуу маселени кароо зарыл деп эсептейм. Аны кабыл алууда Бишкек шаары жана Чүй облусу ортосундагы чекке тийиштүү маселени чечүүгө мүмкүндүк жаралат», - деп белгиледи Бакытбек Дюшембиев.

Биринчи вице-премьер-министр Мухамметкалый Абулгазиев Бишкек шаарынын чегин аныктоо жана аны тез арада бекитүү маанилүү экендигин белгиледи.

«Жаңы конуштардын администртативдик жактан таандыгы маселесин тактоо менен анда жашаган тургундардын да инфраструктуралык жана социалдык көйгөйлөрү чечилет. Учурда алар үчүн катталуу жана медициналык жардам алуу маселеси боюнча көйгөйлөр бар», - деп белгиледи Мухамметкалый Абулгазиев.

Ошондой эле Биринчи вице-премьер-министр жаңы конуштардагы коммуникациялык тутумдарды жакшыртуу жана жерлерди трансформациялоо маселесине көңүл бурду. «Аталган маселелер боюнча комплекстүү чечимдерди кабыл алуу керек», - деди ал.

Кеңешме жыйынтыгында КР Өкмөтүнө караштуу Жергиликтүү өз алдынча башкаруу жана улуттар аралык мамилелер боюнча мамлекеттик агенттигине Бишкек шаарынын административдик чеги жөнүндө маселени иликтеп чыгуу жана Кыргыз Республикасынын Өкмөтүнүн Аппаратына тийиштүү сунуш киргизүү максатында Бишкек мэриясынын, Чүй облусундагы Өкмөттүн ыйгарым укуктуу өкүлчүлүгүнүн аппаратынын, ошондой эле республикалык министрлик жана ведомстволордун өкүлдөрүнөн турган иштиктүү топ түзүү тапшырылды.
