Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбеков бүгүн, 26-ноябрда, Интернет тарифи боюнча жыйын өткөрдү.

Жыйындын жүрүшүндө Сооронбай Жээнбеков Интернет тарифтерди жогорулатуунун негиздүүлүгү жөнүндө маселе башынын бери өзүнүн көзөмөлүндө турганын баса белгиледи.

«Интернет-тейлөөлөргө баанын көтөрүлүшү тууралуу маселе чыккандан бери, мен тараптан келип чыкан абалды чечүү боюнча тапшырма берилген. Министрликтер менен ведомстволор Интернет алып келүүчүлөр менен, тарифти жөнгө салуу боюнча сүйлөшүүлөрдү жүргүзүшү керек эле», – деди Сооронбай Жээнбеков.

Өкмөт башчысы белгилегендей, "Кыргызтелеком" ААК жетекчилигинин чет өлкөлүк Интернет-провайдерлер менен көмүскө колдонууну киргизгендиги тууралуу фактылар ырасталса, анда байланыш операторлорунун кызмат адамдары мыйзам чегинде жоопко тартылат.

Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбековдун тапшырмасы менен укук коргоо органдары «Кыргызтелеком» ААК жетекчилигинин тарабынан интернет-тарифин көтөрүү боюнча келип чыккан маселени текшерип чыгышты. Текшерүүнүн жыйнытыгы менен чогулган материалдар 2016-жылдын 25-ноябрында юридикалык баа берүү үчүн Кыргыз Республикасынын Башкы прокуратурасына жөнөтүлдү.

Буга чейин Кыргыз Республикасы Евразия экономикалык комиссиясына Казакстандын провайдерлери интернет-тейлөөлөргө болгон тарифтерди негизгизсиз көтөргөндүгү тууралуу кат жолдогон. Белгилей кетсек, бул маселени кароодо монополияга каршы мыйзам бузуулар табылган учурда, жана баалардын негизсиз жогорулоосуна айыптык санкцияларды жүргүзүүгө, териштирүүгө ЕЭКтин ыйгарым укуктары мүмкүндүк берет.
