Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбеков бүгүн, 29-июлда, Өкмөт жыйынында 2013-2016-жылдарга «Кургак учук - IV» программасын ишке ашыруу маселеси боюнча бир катар тапшырмаларды берди.

Кыргыз Республикасынын Саламаттык сактоо министрлиги Кыргыз Республикасынын Өкмөтүнө караштуу Милдеттүү медициналык камсыздоо фонду менен биргеликте мамлекеттик, бейөкмөт жана жарандык сектор аралык секторалдык кызматташтыктын деңгээлин жакшыртуусу зарыл.

Ошондой эле Саламаттык сактоо министрлиги жана Жазаларды аткаруу мамлекеттик кызматы камактагылардын оорусунун алдын алуу жана дарылоо сапатын жогорулатууга, кургак учук менен жабыркаган оорулууларды пенитенциардык тутумдан жалпы жарандык категорияга которууда толук кандуу өз ара аракеттешүү жана мураскерликти камсыздоого көңүл буруусу зарыл.

Өкмөт башчы белгилегендей, калктын кургак учукту дарылоо жана алдын алуу маселеси боюнча маалымдуулугун жогорулатуу зарыл. «Быйылкы жылы «Кургак учук - IV» программасын ишке ашыруу жыйынтыкталат. Ошондуктан ар бир мамлекеттик органга Программанын ишке ашырылышын талдоо жыйынтыгы боюнча тийиштүү баа берилет», - деп белгиледи Премьер-министр.

Кыргыз Республикасынын Финансы министрлигине, Саламаттык сактоо министрлигине Милдеттүү медициналык камсыздоо фонду менен биргеликте жыл сайын кургак учукка каршы дармектерди толук кандуу сатып алуу үчүн бюджеттик финансылык каражаттарды кароо, дармектерди сатып алууну, пландаштырууну координациялоону жогорулатуу тапшырылды.

Кыргыз Республикасынын Өкмөтүнүн облустардагы ыйгарым укуктуу өкүлдөрүнө, Бишкек жана Ош шаарларынын мэрлерине, жергиликтүү мамлекеттик администрациялардын жетекчилери КР Саламаттык сактоо министрлигинин аймактык түзүмдөрү менен биргеликте – жер-жерлерде «Калкты кургак учуктан коргоо жөнүндө» КР Мыйзамынын 15-беренесинин аткарылышын талдоо жана тийиштүү чвараларды кабыл алуусу тапшырылды.

КР Саламаттык сактоо министрлигине 2017-2020-жылдарга «Кургак учук - IV» Улуттук программасын иштеп баштоо жана белгилүү тартипте 2016-жылдын 31-декабрына дейре Кыргыз Республикасынын Өкмөтүнүн кароосуна киргизүү тапшырылды.
