Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбеков бүгүн, 14-июнда, ветеринардык жана фитосанитардык лабораториялардын курулушу жана реконструкцияланышы боюнча кеңешме өткөрдү. Өкмөт башчы белгилегендей, Кыргызстан Евразия Экономикалык биримдигине кирээр алдында бир катар милдеттенмелерди алган.Анын бири катары өлкөдө эл аралык талаптарга жооп берген ветеринардык жана фитосанитардык лабораторияларды куруу эсептелет. Буга байланыштуу ЕАЭБ интеграциясынын алкагында тийиштүү инфраструктураны өркүндөтүү боюнча чаралар ишке ашырылууга тийиш». Айыл-чарба жана мелиорация министри Турдуназир Бекбоев өлкөнүн ЕАЭБге кошулуу алкагында Кыргызстандын карантиндик фитосанитардык чараларын лабораториялык камсыздоо тутуму 2017-жылга чейин ЕАЭБ талаптарына жооп бериши керектигин билдирди. Биринчи этапта реконструкциялоого, жабдуулар менен камсыздоого жана Талас жана Ысык-Көл облустарындагы карантиндик фитосанитардык лабораториялардын кызматкерлерин окуутуга 26 млн сом керектелет. Ошондой эле эпизоотиялык абалдын, азык-түлүктүн, эл керектөөчү товарлардын, курчап турган чөйрөнүн, ошондой эле мал-жандыктардын коопсуздугун камсыздоо үчүн биринчи этапта төрт аймактык ветеринардык лабораторияларды куруу зарыл. Бул максатта 37,3 млн сом керектелет. Премьер-министр тийиштүү каражат бөлүнүп берилерин билдирип, Кыргыз Республикасынын финансы министри Адылбек Касымалиевге аталган маселени Кыргыз Республикасынын Өкмөтүнүн буйругуна ылайык чечүүүнү тапшырды. «Бардык тийиштүү министрлик жана ведомстволор ветеринардык жана фитосанитардык лабораторияларды ырааты менен куруу жана реконструкциялоо боюнча иштерди өз мөөнөтүндө аткарууга милдеттүү. Ар бир жетекчиге биринчи этап алкагында алардын алдына коюлган милдетердин аткарылбагандыгы үчүн жекече жоопкерчилик жүктөлөт», – деп белгиледи Сооронбай Жээнбеков. Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков Кыргыз Республикасынын Өкмөтүнө караштуу Архитектура, курулуш, турак-жай коммуналдык чарбасы мамагенттиги алдына мамлекеттик чекара тилкелериндеги төрт көзөмөлдөө-өткөрмө пункттарын модернизациялоо процессин тездетүү милдетин койду. Кыргыз Республикасынын Өкмөтүнө караштуу Архитектура, курулуш, турак-жай коммуналдык чарбасы мамагенттигинин директору Турдубек Мамбетовдун маалыматына ылайык, көзөмөлдөө-өткөрмө пункттарын модернизациялоо ишин жакынкы он күндүн ичинде баштоо пландаштырылууда.
