«Айыл чарба тармагын өнүктүрүү үчүн жаңы технологияларды ишке киргизүү зарыл», - деп билдирди Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбеков бүгүн, 25-майда, Кыргыз Республикасынын Өкмөтүнүн жыйынында 2011-2015-жылдарга Суу чарба обьектилерин куруу жана жаңы сугат жерлерин өздөштүрүү боюнча мамлекеттик программаны ишке ашыруунун жыйынтыгын кароо учурунда.

Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков Мамлекеттик программанын аткарылышы төмөнкү деңгээлде болгонун жана Айыл чарба жана мелиорация министрлигинин аталган багыттагы жетишсиз ишин белгиледи.

Программаны сапаттуу ишке ашыруу максатында талдоолорду жана мониторингди өз учурунда жүргүзүү керек эле. «Мамлекеттик программаны ишке ашырууга сарпталган 5 жыл ичинде аны ишке ашыруу боюнча тийиштүү талдоолор жүргүзүлгөн эмес. Мындай ири программаларды ишке ашырууда үзгүлтүксүз мониторинг жүргүзүлүп, аларды эске алуу менен келечек кадамдар иштелип чыгуусу тийиш», - деп белгиледи Сооронбай Жээнбеков.

Айыл чарба жана мелиорация министри Турдуназир Бекбоев маалымдагандай, программаны ишке ашыруудагы кемчиликтер финансы каражаттарынын жетишсиз бөлүштүрүлүшүнө байланыштуу орун алган.

Өкмөт башчы буга байланыштуу келечекте мындай кемчиликтерге жол берилбеши үчүн тийиштүү мамлекеттик органдар келечектүү мамлекеттик программаларды жүз пайыздык каржылоо мүмкүндүгүн кароосун тапшырды.
