Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбеков бүгүн, 10-июнда, Кыргыз Республикасынын Ички иштер министри Кашкар Жунушалиевди кабыл алды.

Жолугушууда укук тартибин жана жарандардын коопсуздугун камсыздоо, ички  иштер органдарынын ишмердүүлүгүнүн натыйжалуулугун жогорулатуу, ошондой эле ведомстводогу жүргүзүлүп жаткан реформалар маселеси талкууланды. Министр ошондой эле Өкмөт башчыга кылмыштуулукка, экстремизм жана терроризмге каршы күрөштү күчтөндүрүү, кылмыштардын бетин ачуу боюнча иштер тууралуу маалымдады.

Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков министр Кашкар Жунушалиевдин көңүлүн коомчулуктагы айрым кылмыштардын бети ачылбай жаткандыгы тууралуу пикирге бурду. Тактап айтканда, жарандарга карата талап тоноо максатында кол салуу боюнча кылмыштардын бети  ачылбай калып жаткандыгы тууралуу маселеге токтолду. Премьер-министр бул багыттагы ишти күчтөндүрүүнү тапшырып, жарандардын жалпы бийликке болгон ишеними ички иштер органдарынын кызматкерлеринин аракетинен  көз каранды экендигин белгиледи.

«ИИМ алдындагы негизги милдет коомчулуктун милицияга болгон ишенимин жогорулатуу болуп саналат. Бул иш ар бир милиция кызматкери өз милдетин так, таза аткарганда гана ишке ашат», - деп билдирди Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков.

Өкмөт башчы министр Кашкар Жунушалиевдин алдына ички иштер органдарынын ишмердүүлүгүндөгү ыйгарым укуктарды бөлүштүрүүдөгү мыйзамдарды өркүндөтүү, ар кандай коркунучтарга жана чакырыктарга натыйжалуу мамиле кылуу сыяктуу бир катар тапшырмаларды койду.

Мындан тышкары, жеке курамдын арасындагы тартипти бекемдөө, адистерди кесиптик жактан даярдоо  маселесине өзгөчө көңүл бурду. Ошондой эле, «Коопсуз шаар» долбоорунун айланасындагы кырдаалды иликтеп чыгып, жакынкы аралыкта маалымат берүү милдеттерин тапшырды.
