Мамлекеттик тейлөө көрсөтүүдө жарандардын жана мамлекеттик органдардын байланышын минималдаштыруу зарыл. Бул туурасында Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбеков бүгүн, 22-июнда, Кыргыз Республикасынын Жогорку Кеңешинин жалпы жыйынында Өкмөттүн түзүмдүк өзгөртүүлөрү боюнча сунуштарды тааныштыруу учурунда билдирди.

«Учурда Өкмөттүн астында мамлекеттик тейлөө көрсөтүүдө жарандардын жана мамлекеттик органдардын байланышын минималдаштыруу боюнча милдет турат. Келечекте муну толугу менен четке кагууну пландап жатабыз. Бул максатта Мамлекеттик байланыш агенттиги жана КР Өкмөтүнө караштуу Электрондук башкаруу борборунун базасында Кыргыз Республикасынын Мамлекеттик маалыматтык технологиялар жана байланыш комитетин түзүүнү пландаштыруудабыз», — деп белгиледи Өкмөт башчы.

Сооронбай Жээнбеков белгилегендей, үстүбүздөгү жылы жыйырмага жакын мамлекеттик тейлөөнү автоматташтыруу пландаштырылууда.

«Жаңыдан түзүлүп жаткан Мамлекеттик комитетке бардык мамлекеттик тейлөөлөрдү автоматташтыруу боюнча ишти аткаруу тапшырылган. Буга катар коррупциялык механизмдердин кыскарышын жана мамлекеттик бюджетке түшүүлөрдүн жогорулашын күтүүдөбүз», — деп жыйынтыктады Премьер-министр.

Өкмөттүн түзүмүн оптимизациялоо сунушунун алкагында  373 мамлекеттик тейлөөнү жана уруксаат берүүчү документтин 96 түрүн электрондук форматка өткөрүү милдети коюлууда.
