Өлкө бюджетинин чыгымдарын оптималдаштыруу керек. Бул туурасында Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбеков «Кыргыз Республикасынын 2017-жылга республикалык бюджети жана 2018-2019-жылдарга болжолдор жөнүндө» Кыргыз Республикасынын Мыйзам долбоорун талкуу учурунда билдирди.

«Менин пикиримде, бажы жана салык органдары жеткиликтүү резервге ээ. Көрсөтүлгөн кызматтар ЕАЭБге мүчө болгондогу алгачкы жылдын тажрыйбасын эске алуу менен көмүскө секторду төмөндөтүү жана административдик башкарууну жакшыртуу аркылуу бюджеттин болжолдуу көрсөткүчүн камсыз кылууга максималдуу аракеттениши керек. Бюджеттик саясат узак мөөнөттүү туруктуулукту жана жалпы бюджеттик тутумдун туруктуулугун камсыз кылышы зарыл», – деди ал.

Өкмөт башчысы 2017-жылдын бюджети салтка айлангандай эле социалдык мүнөзгө багытталганын баса белгиледи.

«Жалпы чыгашалардын 45% саламаттык сактоо, билим берүү жана социалдык коргоо тармагын каржылоого жумшалат. Мында республикалык бюджеттен социалдык секторду каржылоо жагы жыл сайын өсүүдө. Алты млрд сомдун терегегиндеги каражат бюджеттик категориядагы айрым тармактардын айлык акыларын көтөрүүгө каралат. Саламаттык сактоо тармагындагы гемодиализ тейлөө тармагын каржылоо көлөмү да өсүп жатат.  Республикалык бюджеттеги оорчулукту эске алуу менен, Эмгек жана социалдык өнүктүрүү министрлиги тез арада мамлекеттик колдоого муктаж болгон тармактардын даражасын аныктоо механизми жана социалдык төлөмдөрдү өркүндөтүү жана анын даректүүлүгүн жогорулатуу боюнча сунуштарды киргизүүсү тийиш», - деди Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков.
