Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбеков бүгүн, 27-сентябрда, Өкмөттүн жыйынында «Кыргыз Республикасынын жаза-аткаруу тутумун реформалоо боюнча кечиктирилгис чаралар жөнүндө» Кыргыз Республикасынын Коргоо кеңешинин 2016-жылдын 30-апрелиндеги

№2-чечимин ишке ашыруу боюнча Планды талкуулоо учурунда мамлекеттик органдардын ишин жетишсиз деп белгиледи.

Өкмөт башчы белгилегендей, бүгүнкү күндө дүйнөдөгү криминалдык, экстремисттик жана террористтик түзүлүштөрдүн күч алышын эске алуу менен Кыргыз Республикасынын кылмыш-жаза аткаруу системасынын ишин камсыз кылуу көйгөйү өтө актуалдуу болуп турат.

«Жаза аткаруу мекемелериндеги тополоңдук көрүнүштөр өлкөдө кеңири коомдук резонансты жаратууда. Булар – көп адамдардын ачкачылык жарыялагандары, качып кеткендери, ызы-чуулар, кызматкерлерди өлтүрүп кеткендери жана башка бир катар окуялар. Азыркы мезгилде жана келечекте жогоруда аталган окуялардын  кайталанышын болтурбоо Коргоо кеңешинин чечиминде каралган бардык иш-чараларды толугу менен аткарганда гана мүмкүн болот», - деди Сооронбай Жээнбеков.

Кыргыз Республикасынын Коргоо кеңешинин чечимдерин ишке ашыруу боюнча Пландын ишке ашырылышынын жүрүшү тууралуу маалыматты ЖАМК төрагасы Таалайбек Жапаров сунуштады.

Ал чечимге ылайык, республиканын аткаруу бийлик органдарына 21 иш чараны ишке ашыруу каралган.

Аны менен катар, Таалайбек Жапаров айрым иш чаралар каржылоонун жетишсиздигинен улам аткарылбай калгандыгын айтты.

Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков каралган иш-чараларды өткөрүү боюнча каражат табууда Финансы министрлигинин ишин  жана Жазаларды аткаруу мамлекеттик кызматынын кызматты, колония-поселениелерди жана Соттолгон жана камакка алынган адамдарды кайтаруу жана аскердик кайтаруу менен жеткирүү департаментинин ишин децентралдаштыруу жана кайрадан түзүүгө байланыштуу чараларды ишке ашыруудагы ишин жетишсиз деп баалады.

Өкмөт башчы Финансы министрлигине бардык каралган иш чараларды толук көлөмдө каржылоо боюнча тийиштүү чараларды кабыл алууну тапшырды.

Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков мамлекеттик органдарга Коргоо кеңешинин чечимдерин ишке ашыруу боюнча Планды ишке ашырууга тартылган мамлекеттик органдарга каралган иш-чараларды кыйшаюусуз аткаруу боюнча акыркы чараларды кабыл алуу тапшырмасын берди.
