Мамлекеттик органдардын чыгымдарын 14,8 млрд сомго кыскартуу пландалууда, - деди Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбеков бүгүн, «Кыргыз Республикасынын 2016-жылга республикалык бюджети жана 2017-2018-жылдарга болжолу жөнүндө»  Кыргыз Республикасынын Мыйзамына өзгөртүүлөрдү киргизүү жөнүндө» Кыргыз Республикасынын Мыйзам долбоорун талкуулоо учурунда.

Аны менен катар бардык корголгон беренелер боюнча чыгымдар, айлык акы, жөлөк пул, пенсия жана башка социалдык төлөмдөр толук көлөмдө каржыланат, - деди Өкмөт башчысы.

«Бюджеттин чыгаша бөлүгү менен киреше бөлүгү боюнча божомолдорду теңдештирүү максатында, мамлекеттик органдардын товар сатып алууларын, күнүмдүк чыгашаларын, транспорттук жана командировка чыгымдарын, капиталдык оңдоолорго жана башка беренелер менен корголбогон чыгымдарын азайтуу каралууда. Аны менен катар бардык корголгон беренелер боюнча чыгымдар, айлык акы, жөлөк пул, пенсия жана башка социалдык төлөмдөр толук көлөмдө каржыланат», - деди Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков.

«Пландалган кирешелерди азайтуу жана чыгашаларды көбөйтүү, мамлекеттик органдардын талаптарын толук көлөмдө камсыз кылууга жол бербейт. Түзүлгөн кырдаалды оңдоо үчүн үстүбүздөгү жылы өлкөнүн Өкмөтү тарабынан, учурдагы экономикалык абалды турукташтыра турган антикризистик чараларды көрүү боюнча бир катар чечимдер кабыл алынган», - деди ал. Антикризистик чаралар комплексин  иш жүзүнө ашыруу максатында, мамлекеттик кызматкерлердин штаттык санын көбөйтүүгө мараторий киргизилген жана мамлекеттик кызматкерлердин санын оптимизациялоо иштери жүргүзүлүүдө.
