Балдарга жайкы эс алууларды уюштурууда өзгөчө коопсуздук жагына көңүл буруу зарыл. Мындай тапшырманы бүгүн, 1-июлда, Кыргыз Республикасынын  Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбеков   Өкмөттүк жыйында тиешелүү органдарга берди.

Кыргыз Республикасынын Билим берүү жана илим министри Эльвира Сариева балдарга уюштурулган жайкы лагерлер тууралуу докладында, 2016-жылы республикалык бюджеттен жайкы эс алууларды уюштурууга 5 млн  сом бөлүнгөнүн билдирди.

«2016-жылдын 5-июнунан 6-июлуна чейин мектеп алдындагы 582 лагерлер жана ден соолук чыңдоочу аянттарда балдардын эс алуусу уюштурулаган. Өзгөчө көңүл жетим балдардын жаа аз камсыздалган үй-бүлөдөгү балдарынын жайкы эс алуусун уюштурууга бурулган. Үстүбүздөгү жылы республиканын мамлекеттик интернаттык мекмелеринен 2500 баланын жайкы эс алусун камсыздоо пландаштырылууда. Натыйжада, республика боюнча мектепке караштуу эс алуу жана эмгек лагерлеринде 74 591 бала эс алып, 25 миңден ашуун окуучу жүрүш жана экскурсияга катышууда, ал эми 3 565 бала спорттук секцияларга катышууда. Калктуу конуштарда 23 миңден ашуун бала үчүн эс алуу уюштурулуп, жалпы республика боюнча 55 санаториялык-курорттук аймак иштейт», - деп маалымдады ал.

Өкмөт башчы Кыргыз Республикасынын Финансы министрлигине 2017-жылга карата республикалык бюджетти пландаштырууда балдардын жайкы эс алуусун уюштурууга жана аны өткөрүүгө каралган сумманы жогорулатуу мүмкүндүгүн кароону тапшырды.

Ошондой эле Сооронбай Жээнбеков белгилегендей, жайкы эс алууну уюштурууда өзгөчө көңүлдү аз камсыздалаган үй-бүлөдөгү, мүмкүнчүлүгү чектелген жана интернаттарда жана балдар үйүндө тарбияланган балдарга буруу зарылдыгын белгиледи.
