Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбеков бүгүн, 17-майда, «Мамлекеттик ипотекалык компаниясы» ААК төрагасы Бактыбек Шамкеевди кабыл алды.

Мамлекеттик ипотекалык компаниянын төрагасы Премьер-министрге калкты жеткиликтүү турак жай менен камсыз кылуу багытында аткарылып жаткан иштер жана пландар тууралуу маалымат берди.

Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков буга чейин пландаштырылгандай, ушул жылдын аягына чейин 3 миңге жакын жаранды мамлекеттик программага ылайык турак жай менен камсыз кылууну тапшырды. Премьер-министр Кыргызстанда алгач ирет ишке ашырылып жаткан жеткиликтүү турак жай боюнча мамлекеттик программа чыныгы муктаж жарандарды камтышы керек экендигин баса белигледи. Болбосо, элдин бул программага карата ишеними жоголот, - деди Өкмөт башчысы.

«Мамлекеттик ипотекалык компания өз ишин баштагандан бери биринчи этапта арыз берген 180 жарандын 22сине ипотекалык кредит берилди. Экинчи этапка миңден ашык киши арыз берген. Азыркы тапта арыздар каралып жатат. 2016-жылдын 20-майынан баштап тизмелер каралып, банктарга берилет. Турак жай алууну каалаган жарандардын тизмесин жашаган жерине жана иштеген тармагына байланыштуу мекеме-ишканаларда түзүлөт. Учурда алты банк менен иштешип жатабыз», - деди Бактыбек Шамкеев.
