Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбеков бүгүн, 1-августта, Кыргыз Республикасынын Өкмөтүнө караштуу Милдеттүү медициналык камсыздоо фондунун төрагасы Марат Калиевди кабыл алды.

Фонддун төрагасы анын ишмердүүлүгүнүн негизги багыттары, пландары жана милдеттери тууралуу айтып берди.

Өкмөт башчы белгилегендей, саламаттык сактоо тутумунун артыкчылыктуу багыты катары оорулардын алдын алуу маселеси эсептелет, сунушталган медициналык тейлөөлөрдүн жеткиликтүүлүгүн жана сапатын жогорулатуу, ошондой эле медициналык тейлөөлөр үчүн расмий эмес төлөмдөрдү жоюу зарыл.

Марат Калиев маалымдагандай, кардар бир катар тейлөөлөрдү жаңы программаларга ылайык кабыл алууга жана төлөөгө мүмкүндүк алуусу үчүн каржылоо тутумун кайрадан карап чыгуу милдети турат. “Ошол эле учурда биз бир катар милдеттерди ири стационарлардын деңгээлинде өз алдынча чечүүбүз зарыл», - деди Фонд жетекчиси.

Марат Калиевдин пикиринде, фельдшердик-акушердик көмөк тутумун уюштуруунун жаңы принцибин табуу маанилүү. Учурда өлкөдө фельдшердик-акушердик пункттардын (ФАП) саны жетиштүү, көйгөй катары кичинекей айылдарда көмөк сурап кайрылган жарандардын аздыгына байланыштуу аларды кармоонун натыйжасыздыгы эсептелет.

Ал маалымдагандай, учурда үй-бүлөлүк дарыгерлер жетишсиз.

«Үй-бүлөлүк дарыгерлерди ишке тартуу үчүн материалдык планда жана социалдык пакет сунуштоо аркылуу ишке шарт түзүү жаатында да колдоо зарыл. Ички ресурстардын эсебинен үй-бүлөлүк дарыгерлердин деңгээлин көтөрүүбүз керек. Бул багыттагы ишти күчтөндүрүү аркылуу биз күчөп кеткен оорулардын кесепеттерин жое алабыз», - деди Марат Калиев.

Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков саламаттык сактоо органдарынын калкка сапаттуу медициналык-профилактикалык көмөк көрсөтүү боюнча ишинин натыйжалуулугун күчтөндүрүү тапшырмасын берди. Ошондой эле үстүбүздөгү жылдын август айынын соңуна дейре терең талдоо жүргүзүп, жогоруда аталган маселелерди чечүү боюнча Иш-аракеттер планын иштеп чыгуу тапшырмасын берди.
