Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбеков бүгүн, 16-августта, Кыргыз Республикасынын Өкмөтүнө караштуу Экономикалык кылмыштарга каршы күрөшүү боюнча мамлекеттик кызмат төрагасы Айбек Кадыралиевди кабыл алды.

Айбек Кадыралиев Экономикалык кылмыштарга каршы күрөшүү боюнча мамлекеттик кызматтын токтоосуз чечимдерди талап кылган милдеттери жана пландары тууралуу маалымат берди.

Өкмөт башчы белгилегендей, ведомствонун жаңы жетекчилиги алдында өлкөнүн укук коргоо органдарынын тутумун реформалоого байланышкан милдеттер турат.

«Коргоо кеңешинин чечимдерине ылайык, өлкөнүн укук коргоо органдарынын тутумун реформалоонун негизги максаты экономикалык кылмыштар боюнча жалпы функцияларды Экономикалык кылмыштарга каршы күрөшүү боюнча мамлекеттик кызматка өткөрүп берүү болуп саналат. Буга байланыштуу аны ишке ашыруу боюнча комплекстүү иш-чараларды өткөрүү, кызматтын иш принциптерин карап чыгуу зарыл», - деп белгиледи Сооронбай Жээнбеков.

Ал калктын Экономикалык кылмыштарга каршы күрөшүү боюнча мамлекеттик кызматка ишеним деңгээлин жогорулатуу зарылдыгын баса белгилеп, негизги милдеттердин бири катары өлкөгө тартылган инвестицияларды коргоо эсептелиши зарылдыгын билдирди.

«Бизнес-түзүмдөр тараптан Экономикалык кылмыштарга каршы күрөшүү боюнча мамлекеттик кызматтын ишине карата көптөгөн сын пикирлер айтылууда. Укук коргоо жана текшерүүчү органдардын ачык-айкын эмес иш алып баруусу жалпы мамлекеттик бийлик тутумуна көлөкө түшүрүдө. Экономикалык кылмыштарга каршы күрөш жүргүзүү үчүн мамкызматтын жетекчилигинин жана кызматкерлеринин эрки жана ишке болгон ак ниетттүү мамилеси керек, натыйжада, калктын аталган органга карата болгон ишеними жогорулайт», - деп белгиледи Премьер-министр. Бул максатта кадрдык саясатты кайрадан карап чыгуу жана ведомствонун жеке курамынын тартибин күчтөндүрүү талап кылынат.

Премьер-министр ошондой эле республиканын аймагына күйүүчү-майлоочу майлардын жана күнүмдүк керектелүүчү товарлардын мыйзамсыз ташылып кирилишине тыюу салуу жана аны аныктоо боюнча ишти күчтөндүрүү тапшырмасын берди.
