Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбеков бүгүн, 20-июлда, «Мамлекеттик ипотекалык компания» ААК (МИК) башкармалыгынын төрагасы Бактыбек Шамкеевди кабыл алды.

Бактыбек Шамкеев учурдагы аткарылып жаткан иштер, алдыдагы милдеттер жана компаниянын Кыргыз Республикасынын Өкмөтүнүн «Жеткиликтүү турак-жай 2015-2020» программасын ишке ашыруу боюнча пландары тууралуу айтып берди.

Ал белгилегендей, калк арасында мамлекеттик ипотекалык программанын шарттары тууралуу маалымдоо иштери кеңири жүргүзүлдү.

«Республиканын бардык райондорунда жыйындар өткөрүлүп, анда тургундар мамлекеттик ипотекалык программанын шарттары боюнча тыкыр маалымат алды. Бүгүнкү күндө 4684 адамдын тизмеси түзүлүп, өнөктөш-банктарга жөнөтүлгөн. Ошондой эле кол-центр компаниялар ипотекалык кредитти алуу процедуралары тууралуу маалымат жайылтууда», - деп белгиледи Бактыбек Шамкеев.

Ал кошумчалагандай, рыноктогу абалды эске алуу менен ипотекалык программа боюнча турак-жай алуу процедураларын жөнөкөйлөштүрүү максатында компания тараптан бир катар сунуштар иштелип чыккан.

«Биз Ипотекалык насыялоо программасына жана тийиштүү документтердин санын кыскартуу үчүн критерийлер боюнча убактылуу жобого өзгөртүүлөрдү киргизүү тууралуу сунушту Өкмөттүн кароосуна киргиздик. Ошондой эле рыноктогу турак-жайдын баасын эске алуу менен Бишкек жана Ош шаарлары үчүн турак-жайдын 1 чарчы метри үчүн лимитти 800 долларга дейре жана турак-жай аянтынын босого чегин 70 тен 80 чарчы метрге көтөрүүнү сунуштоодобуз. Бул ипотека алуудагы мүмкүндүктөрдү кеңейтет», - деп кошумчалады Бактыбек Шамкеев.

Мамлекеттик ипотекалык компания башкармалык башчысы маалымдагандай, эконом-класс турак-жай үйлөрүнүн курулушунун  эсебинен турак-жай боюнча фонд түзүлөт. Анын айтымында бул ипотекалык программа катышуучуларына турак-жайды ижарага берүү аркылуу кийинчирээк сатып алуусуна шарт түзөт.

«Турак-жай алууга зарыл болгон алгачкы төлөмдү төлөө жокко чыгарылат, анткени ал биздин баланста болот», - деп билдирди Бактыбек Шамкеев.

Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков калкты жеткиликтүү  турак-жай менен камсыздоо боюнча мамлекеттин мүмкүнчүлүктөрүн максималдуу ишке ашыруу зарылдыгын белгиледи. Өкмөт башчы калкты мамлекеттик ипотекалык программанын шарттары тууралуу маалымдоо иштерин улантууну жана жалпы республика боюнча программага катышуучулардын санын кеңейтүү таппшырмасын берди.
