«Жеткиликтүү турак-жай» ипотекалык насыялоо программасы боюнча пайыздык үстөктү 10% дейре төмөндөтүү зарыл. Мындай сунушту «Кыргыз Республикасынын 2017-жылга республикалык бюджети жана 2018-2019-жылдарга болжолдор жөнүндө» Кыргыз Республикасынын Мыйзам долбоору талкууланган Кыргыз Республикасынын Өкмөтүнүн жыйынынын жүрүшүндө Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбеков билдирди.

«Калктын «Жеткиликтүү турак-жай» ипотекалык насыялоо программасына чыныгы жеткиликтүүлүгүн камсыздоо зарыл. Буга байланыштуу Финансы министрлиги жакынкы арада пайыздык үстөктү 10% дейре кыскартуу жана күрөөнү камсыздоо механизми, анын ичинде, мамлекеттик кызматкерлер айлык акысынын эсебинен жаба албай жаткан алгачкы төлөм боюнча сунуштарды киргизүүсү керек», - деди ал.

Буга катар Өкмөт башчы Өкмөт мүчөлөрүнүн көңүлүн Бюджеттегилердин эмгек акысынын фонду 2017-жылы 45,8 млрд сомго жетип, жалпы чыгымдардын 30% түзөөрүнө бурду.

«Буга байланыштуу мамлекеттик башкаруу тутумунда штаттык бирдиктердин мындан аркы жогорулатылышына мораторий киргизилген.  Муну менен катар министрлик жана ведомстволор чыгашаларды оптимизациялоо боюнча ишти тездетүүсү зарыл. Чыгашалардын приоритеттүү эмес беренелерин, товарларды жана тейлөөлөрдү сатып алууну кыскартуу керек», – деди Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков.
