«Өнөр жайды өнүктүрүү – бул Өкмөт ишиндеги келечектүү багыт». Бул тууралуу Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбеков бүгүн, 25-майда, Өкмөттүн жыйынында Өлкөнүн 2013-2015-жылдарга кайра иштетүү өнөр жайын өнүктүрүү программасын ишке ашыруу жыйынтыгы боюнча маселени кароо учурунда билдирди.

Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков  көптөгөн өлкөлөрдө ийгиликтүү иштеп жаткан өнөр жай аймактары бар экенин белгилеп, «Биз өлкөбүздө индустриалдык парктарды түзүү аркылуу дүйнөлүк тажрыйбаны өздөштүрүүбүз керек. Бирок өнөр жайды өнүктүрүү үчүн, ириде, ички жана тышкы инвесторлор үчүн тийиштүү шарттарды түзүү зарыл. Көптөгөн инвесторлор өндүрүш кубаттуулуктарын куруу үчүн жер алууда бюрократиялык тоскоолуктарга туш болуп, өлкөдөн чыгып кетүүдө», – деди.

Өкмөт башчынын айтымында, мындан ары карай өндүрүштү өнүктүрүү үчүн кайсы товарларды экспорттоп, кайсы товарларды импорттоп жатканбыз тууралуу так маалымат болушу тийиш.

«Ошондо гана талдоо жүргүзүү аркылуу кайсы өндүрүштү өнүктүрүүгө басым жасоону аныктай алабыз. Бүгүнкү күндө Өнөр жайды өнүктүрүү – Өкмөт ишиндеги келечектүү багыт. Муну эске алуу менен республиканын индустриалдык шартын өнүктүрүүгө болгон тоскоолдуктар менен  кемчиликтерди жое алабыз. Жергиликтүү өз алдынча башкаруу органдары активдүүлүк көрсөтүп, жаңы иш орундарын жана өндүрүштү пайда кылган инвесторлорду өз алдынча тартууга аракеттенүүсү керек», – деди С.Жээнбеков.

Талкуу жыйынтыгында Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков өнөр жайды өнүктүрүүгө жана аталган тармакка узак мөөнөттүү инвестицияларды тартууга багытталган бир катар тапшырмаларды берди.

Алсак, 2016-жылдын 1-августуна чейин токтоп турган бардык өнөр жай ишканалары талданып чыгып, андагы өндүрүштү кайра жандандыруу мүмкүндүгү тууралуу конкреттүү сунуштар киргизилмекчи.

Буга катар Кыргыз Республикасынын «Индустриалдык парктар жөнүндө» Мыйзам долбоорун киргизүүнү жана Кыргыз Республикасын Индустриализациялоо программасын иштеп чыгууну тездетүү тапшырмасы берилди.
