«Жаңы иш орундарынын түзүлүшү жана түз инвестициялардын тартылышы аймак жетекчилеринин ишин баалоодогу башкы критерийлер болуп саналат», - деп билдирди Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбеков бүгүн, 1-июлда, Кыргыз Республикасынын Өкмөтүнүн жыйынында өлкөнүн 2017-жылга жана 2018-2019-жылдарга социалдык-экономикалык өнүгүү болжолдорун талкуулоонун жүрүшүндө.

Өкмөт башчы белгилегендей, мында республикалык бюджеттин каражатына таянууга болбойт.

Ал белгилегендей, аймактардагы көптөгөн ишканалар мамлекеттик каражаттардын эсебинен курулууда, бирок быйылкы жылы жетекчилердин ишин баалоодо аймактарга түшкөн бюджеттик эмес каражаттар жана жаңы иш орундарынын түзүлүшү эске алынат.

Министрликтерге, ведомстволорго, аткаруу бийлигинин башка органдарына, Өкмөттүн облустардагы ыйгарым укуктуу өкүлдөрүнө, Бишкек жана Ош шаардык мэрияларына бир айлык мөөнөттө  өлкөнүн социалдык-экономикалык тармактарынын максаттуу көрсөткүчтөрүн камсыздоо боюнча ведомстволук пландарын иштеп чыгуу тапшырмасын берди.

Экономиканын өнүгүүсүн камсыздоо үчүн иштеп жаткан өндүрүштүк ишканаларды модернизациялоого, жаңы кубаттуулуктарды ишке киргизүүгө, ички өндүрүштүн көлөмүн жогорулатууга жана айыл чарбанын өндүрүүмдүүлүгүн, экспортту жогорулатууга өзгөчө көңүл бурулушу кажет.

Мындан тышкары, Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков Кыргыз Республикасынын Финансы министрлигине 2016-жылга жаңы түзөтүлгөн макроэкономикалык көрсөткүчтөрдүн негизинде “Кыргыз Республикасынын 2016-жылга республикалык бюджети жана 2017-2018-жылдарга болжолдор жөнүндө” Кыргыз Республикасынын Мыйзамына өзгөртүүлөрдү киргизүү жөнүндө” Кыргыз Республикасынын Мыйзам долбоорун тийиштүү тартипте даярдап жана киргизүүсүн тапшырды.
