“Өкмөт тарабынан бюджеттин чыгашалар бөлүгүн кирешелер бөлүгүнүн толукталуу болжолуна карап теңдештирүү жана бюджеттин тартыштыгынын жогорку деңгээлин азайтуу максатында мамлекеттик органдарда товарларды сатып алуулар менен күнүмдүк чыгымдар оптималдаштырылды. Тагыраак айтканда, транспорт, иш сапар, байланыш, капиталдык оңдоо чыгымдары жана бюджеттин корголбогон беренелери боюнча чыгымдар кыскартылды”, - деп маалымдады Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков бүгүн, 24-октябрда, Жогорку Кеңештин бюджет жана финансы комитетинин кеңейтилген жыйынында.

Натыйжада, кыскартуулардын жалпы көлөмү 14,9 млрд сомду түздү. Мунун ичинде Өкмөттүн милдети катары кабыл алынган корголгон беренелер, атап айтсак, эмгек акы, пенсия, жөлөкпул жана башка төлөмдөр толук көлөмдө каржыланып жатат.

“Чыгашаларды оптималдаштыруу бюджеттин тартыштыгын 22,4 млрд. сомдон 22 млрд. сомго чейин номиналдуу чегерүүдө кармап турууга жана азайтууга жардам берди. Бюджеттик чыгашаларды оптималдаштыруу боюнча кабыл алынган чечимдер  бюджеттин тартыштыгын жылдын аягына чейин ички дүн продукцияга карата 4,9%дык деңгээлде кармап турууга өбөлгө түзөт”, - деди Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков.

Сооронбай Жээнбеков ошондой эле Кыргызстандын ЕАЭБге интеграциясынын алкагында ветеринардык жана фитосанитардык коопсуздукту камсыздоого (27 млн сом) жана малды индентификациялоого (40 млн сом) биринчи жолу каражат бөлүнгондугун эске салды. “Бул колдоо кыргыз айыл чарба продукцияларын эл аралык рынокко  алып чыгууга реалдуу жол ачат”, - деп баса белгиледи Премьер-министр Сооронбай Жээнбеков.
