Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбеков бүгүн, 21-сентябрда, Кыргыз Республикасынын Жогорку Кеңешинин жыйынына катышты.

Кыргыз Республикасынын Өкмөтү толук курамда  парламент жыйынында эмгек мигранттарынын укугун коргоо боюнча аткарылган иштер тууралуу, жол кыймылынын коопсуздугун  камсыз кылуу жана жол-транспорт кырсыктарынын алдын алуу иштери, «Коопсуз шаар» долбоорун ишке ашыруу, чек ара жана башка маселелер тууралуу маалымат беришет.

Август айында Москвада 14 адам каза болгон каргашалуу өрт окуясы тууралуу сүйлөп жатып, Өкмөт башчысы бул маселени окуя болгон күндөн баштап жеке көзөмөлүнө алганын билдирди. Сооронбай Жээнбеков бул маселе боюнча үч багытта: тиешелүү тергөө иштерин жүргүзүү, компенсация төлөө жана өрттөн жабыркагандарды жумуш менен камсыз кылуу, каза болгондордун балдарын социалдык коргоого алуу боюнча иш жүрүп жатканын белгиледи.

“Адамдардын кайтыш болгондугу боюнча Россия Федерациясынын тиешелүү органдары кылмыш ишин козгоду. Ишти иликтөө боюнча топтун жетекчиси болуп, Москва шаары боюнча Тергөө башкармалыгынын жетекчисинин орун басары дайындалып, жалпысынан 20 тергөөчү тартылган”, - деди Сооронбай Жээнбеков.

Компенсация төлөө жана өрттөн жабыркагандарды жумуш менен камсыз кылуу боюнча Премьер-министр азыркы тапта компенсация төлөө мөөнөтү боюнча тийиштүү сүйлөшүүлөр жүрүп жатканын билдирди.

“Учурда Москвада тиийиштүү сүйлөшүүлөр журүп жатат. Маркумдардын үй-бүлөлөрүнө компенсация төлөө каралууда. Ал эми өрттөн жаракат алгандарга компенсация жана дары дармекке кеткен чыгымдары берилет. Сүйлөшүүлөрдүн жыйынтыгында 55 кыргыз жаранына өрт болгон күнгө чейинки иштеген күндөрүнүн айлык маянасын төлөп берүү боюнча сүйлөшүүлөр жүргүзүлүп жатат”, - деди Сооронбай Жээнбеков.

Өкмөт башчысы ошондой эле өрттөн каза болгондордун балдары мамлекет тарабынан социалдык коргоого алынаарын да кошумчалады.

“Каза болгон 6 аялдан – 11 бала калган, анын ичинен:  7 бала – 12 жашка чейинки балдар; 2 бала – 12 ден 18 жашка чейинки жаштагылар, 2 бала – жашы жетип чоңоюп калган балдар.11 баланын ичинен 7 баланын атасы – Кыргызстанда, алар атасынын багуусунда. Ал эми 2 балага убактылуу камкорчу (опекун) катары таенеси дайындалган. Бүгүнкү күндө өрт кырсыгынан каза болгон кыргызстандыктардын балдарына колдоо көрсөтүү максатында депозиттик топтолмо эсеби ачылды. Депозиттик эсеп ата-энесинен ажыраган ар бир балага өзүнчө ачылып, түшкөн акча каражаттар балдардын эсебинде болуп, алар 18 жашка чыкканда гана андан пайдалана алышат”, - деди Сооронбай Жээнбеков.
