«ЕАЭБ боюнча биздин өнөктөштөрүбүз менен иштиктүү өз ара аракеттешүүнү жөнгө салууда тынбай алектенүүдөбүз. Биздин карым-катнаштарда айрым учурларда макулдашууларды ишке ашыруу менен байланышкан көйгөйлөр да жаралды. Мисалга, айыл чарба продукциясынын экспортун көзөмөлдөө чөйрөсүндө мындай маселе болду. Бул  учурда өлкөнүн улуттук кызыкчылыктарын коргоо боюнча ар дайым катуу позицияны ээлеп келдик жана өзүбүздүн позициябызды эки тараптуу жана көп тараптуу жолугушууларда билдире алдык», - деп билдирди Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министринин милдетин аткаруучу Сооронбай Жээнбеков бүгүн, 9-ноябрда, Кыргыз Республикасынын Жогорку Кеңешинин жыйынында Өкмөттүн Программасын, түзүмүн жана курамын сунуштоодо.

«Өкмөт тышкы көмөктү күтпөстөн, иш алып барууда. Бюджеттен ветеринардык жана фитосанитардык коопсуздукту камсыздоого, жаныбарларды идентификациялоого, лабораторияларды курууга каражаттар бөлүндү. Мындай колдоо кыргыз айыл чарба продукциясын эл аралык базарларга чыгарууга жардам берип жатат», - деп белгиледи Сооронбай Жээнбеков.

Ал белгилегендей, Өкмөттүн күч-аракети айыл чарбасында артыкчылыктуу тармак катары – айыл чарба өндүрүүчүлөрүн, ирригацияларды жана сатууну каржылоого жумшалды. Айыл чарба продукциясынын көлөмдөрүн көбөйтүүдө жана логистикалык борборлорду түзүүдө Россия-Кыргыз Өнүгүү фонду олуттуу көмөк көрсөтүүдө. Мындан тышкары, региондорду өнүктүрүүгө багытталган республикалык гарантиялык фонд ишке киришти, андан сырткары өлкөбүздүн 6 шаарында гарантиялык фонддор түзүлдү.

“Өлкөдө пахтачылыкты кайра жандандыруу жана өнүктүрүү боюнча Өкмөт тармакты өнүктүрүү концепциясын бекитти. Ошондой эле азык-түлүк коопсуздугунун маанилүү элементи катары кызылча өндүрүүнү өнүктүрүүнү да колдоо боюнча чаралар көрүлүүдө», - деп билдирди Сооронбай Жээнбеков.
