Кыргыз Республикасынын Биринчи вице-премьер-министри Мухамметкалый Абулгазиев бүгүн, 25-майда, IV Улуттук агрардык-инвестициялык форумга катышты. Форум «Айыл-Агро-2016» Эл аралык көргөзмөсүнүн алкагында уюштурулган.

Форумдун ишине мамлекеттик орган өкүлдөрү жана республиканын аймагынан келген фермерлер жана дыйкандар катышууда.

Биринчи вице-премьер-министр Мухамметкалый Абулгазиев белгилегендей, бүгүнкү күнгө карата Өкмөттүн ишиндеги негизги маселе – фермерлерге жеңилдетилген насыя берүү жана лизинг алуу үчүн шарттарды түзүү.

Ошондой эле Мухамметкалый Абулгазиев келечектүү багыттардын катарында күнөсканаларды, мал союучу жайларды куруу, логистикалык борборлорду ачуу, тамчылатып сугаруу ыкмасын киргизүү жана мал-чарба продукциясынын сапатын жогорулатууну атады.

Биринчи вице-премьер-министр белгилегендей, 2011-2015-жылдары республика боюнча 50 миңге жакын фермерлер жалпы суммасы 13,5 млрд сом эсептелген жеңилдетилген кредиттерди алышкан. Мындан тышкары 1637 даана айыл чарба техникасы лизингге берилген.

Мухамметкалый Абулгазиев билдиргендей, Өкмөттүн аталган демилгелеринин алкагында айыл чарбанын ИДПга карата үлүшү жогорулап, 197,7 млрд сомду түзгөн. 2014-жылга салыштырмалуу аталган тармактын өсүү темпи 106,2 % түзгөн.
