Кыргыз Республикасынын Жогорку Кеңеши,  бүгүн, 22-июнда, Кыргыз Республикасынын Премьер-министри Сооронбай Жээнбековдун Өкмөттүн түзүмүн өзгөртүү боюнча сунуштарын колдоого алды.

Атап айтканда, сунуштарга ылайык, Өкмөттүн түзүмүнө төмөнкүдөй өзгөртүүлөр киргизилүүдө:

- Геология жана минералдык ресурстар боюнча мамлекеттик агенттиктин базасында Кыргыз Республикасынын Мамлекеттик өнөр жай, энергетика жана жер казынасын пайдалануу комитетин түзүү;

- Мамлекеттик байланыш агенттиги жана КР Өкмөтүнө караштуу Электрондук башкаруу борборунун базасында Кыргыз Республикасынын Мамлекеттик маалыматтык технологиялар жана байланыш комитетин түзүү;

- Айыл чарба жана мелиорация министрлигинин функцияларын азык-түлүк өнөр жайын өнүктүрүү боюнча кошумча функциялар менен толуктоо;

Экономика министрлигин, Транспорт жана коммуникациялар министрлигин, Мамлекеттик каттоо кызматын, Геология жана минералдык ресурстар боюнча мамлекеттик агенттикти кайрадан түзүү жана функцияларын кыскартуу;

- Транспорт жана коммуникациялар министрлигинин функцияларын  Мамлекеттик маалыматтык технологиялар жана байланыш комитетине өткөрүү аркылуу Транспорт жана жолдор министрлиги катары кайрадан түзүү.

Белгилесек, бийликтин аткаруу бутагынын түзүмүнө киргизилүүчү өзгөртүүлөр штаттык санды көбөйтүүнү жана республикалык бюджеттен кошумча каржылоону талап кылбайт. Өкмөттүн жаңы түзүмү күтүлүүчү чакырыктарга жана тобокелдиктерге, ошондой эле Кыргыз Республикасынын Жогорку Кеңеши тарабынан бекитилген Өкмөттүн «Ишеним жана биримдик» программасын аткаруу боюнча талаптарга толугу менен жооп берет.
